Item – Approval of prior minutes – Unanimous approval as presented for November 2017 minutes.



January meeting cancelled

March – no quorum

            President - none

            Vice-President - none

            Secretary/Treasurer – financial statement attached

                        2 accounts past due – both with attorney for collection


Item - Past due accounts


            9560 Belaire collection stopped due to bankruptcy – Homeowner attempting to void debt. Attorney monitoring bankruptcy proceedings


Item – Violation activity


            Report from management company attached – violations down from 15 pages to 8. New letters going out this week


            9531 Chelsea in compliance – renter’s application received


Item – landscaping


            Sprinkler system repairs completed – working to get monthly monitoring

            Prior landscaping company – TULU terminated

            New contract with Terre Verde beginning May 1 – they also did one cut in April as Tulu refused to complete their contract – payment returned.



New business


  1. Meeting day moved to 3rd Monday of the month – will attempt to get meeting room at park for remainder of this year’s meetings
  2. Meetings scheduled for August and October (annual budget meeting). Annual meeting to be held in November as usual
  3. Per attorney can no longer have No Section 8 in renters’ documents – language removed from all documents.


There be no further business the meeting was adjourned at 7:50 pm.
