Reporting Problems

Our violations management company will make regular walk-thrus of the neighborhood to check for violations of the Association's rules and regulations

 

 

However, if you see a problem in the neighborhood that you think should be addressed we welcome your input.

You may contact any Board Member for the Problem Reporting Form or download it from Association Documents and print it out from your computer.

The form should be returned to any Board Member or you can mail it to 9421 Belaire Drive, Miramar, FL 33025. You may also email any problems to ffhoamail@yahoo.com.


You will be sent a letter acknowledging receipt of the form and any problems reported will be investigated and acted upon.

Your name will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone other than Board Members.
