Item - Past due accounts

 

9560b bankruptcy payments discussed, currently 35 members have not paid dues and notices were mailed and emailed to all not paid

 

Item – Violation activity

           

Current report circulated and officers and members told they can report violation to board who will forward to management company

 

Item – ACC requests

 

4 requests approved

 

Item – New paint brochures

 

Reviewed and approved – will post online and have printed copies

 

New business

 

2019 R&R approved

 

Lake Doctors contacted  manager will call Tuesday

 

Security cameras – Global Sat contacted – will come out to give estimate Thursday

 

Entrance lights – Brower Electric has inspected and will be replacing sensors and bulbs – will check to see if all bulbs need replacement.

 

Trees on swale need to be trimmed – will contact maintenance company

 

 

 

Homeowners complained of garbage cans left out and parking in streets – will send out notices

Homeowners complained of parking at school and cones not out – will forward to community police officer
