Board of Directors Meeting

Official Minutes

May 16, 2024 Via Zoom

The meeting was called to order at 6:38pm by Karen Sanchez, President.

Board Members present to constitute a quorum: Karen Sanchez, President; Chris McKie, Vice President; and Olgine Brevil, Director. (Tobias Macbeth was absent)

Management present: Lynne Sansoucie, LCAM, CMCA, AMS.

The Board of Directors reviewed the minutes of the February 29, 2024 Organizational Board meeting. Chris McKie made a motion, seconded by Olgine Brevil, to approve the minutes as submitted. The motion carried unanimously.

Karen Sanchez gave the President’s report. She advised that she had spoken with the City of Miramar about the lake embankment program.

Lynne Sansoucie gave an update on the collections. We were not able to obtain the bank statement as the banks login information has changed. Karen and Tobias will make an appointment to go to the bank to get it straightened out.

There was discussion about the irrigation system. We received a quote but some of it looks like the same issues that we previously paid to be repaired. A meeting will be set with the landscaper and Board/management to review the issues.

The floor was opened to the members: there was some discussion about violations and the paving.

There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 7:29pm.
