NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING OF THE BOARD
FRANKLIN FARMS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
On November 1, 2017, at 7:00 P.M., at River Run Park, 9400 Miramar Boulevard, Miramar, Florida 33025, the Annual Meeting of the Membership of Franklin Farms Homeowners Association, Inc. shall be held for the purpose of electing members of the Board of Directors, and such other business as may lawfully be conducted.
One-tenth (1/10th) of the Members entitled to vote must be present, in person or by proxy, to constitute a quorum. Should a quorum of the Membership be in attendance, either in person or by proxy, the Association shall conduct the business scheduled for the Annual Meeting.
Enclosed with this Notice is a proxy form. The proxy is for the purpose of appointing another person to attend the meeting for you to help establish quorum and vote on all issues which might come before the Membership. If you cannot attend the Meeting, please submit your proxy, so that a quorum can be established.
An Organizational Board Meeting shall be held immediately following the 7:00 p.m. Annual Meeting of the Membership for the purpose of appointing the officers to the Board, and such other business as may lawfully be conducted.
